This Annual Report must highlight the longevity and success of the Chris Fenoglio Team. Seventeen years in the mortgage industry and the achievement of being one of the top producing mortgage advisors in the country. The task was to redesign the brochure to display all their accomplishments throughout those years. My solution was a strong use of graphs and infographics illustrating the team’s authority and professionalism. I used a narrowed color and type palette to create a cohesive experience and a more modern look.
